About Us

We're TechPro Automotive, and we've been a premier auto repair shop in Ottumwa, IA, since 2020. We specialize in same day and next day repairs, alignments, and A/C maintenance for foreign and luxury cars. We also offer general repairs, electrical service, oil changes, engine repairs, and much more. Cars have always been the family business, and we're proud to offer repairs for foreign and domestic vehicles. Our commitment to excellence is further underscored by our ongoing training to stay ahead of the curve on new vehicle models and systems. Our Story

Francisco Navarrete is the owner and operator of TechPro Automotive, Ottumwa’s premier auto repair shop servicing all domestic and foreign vehicles. After opening in 2020, our shop experienced the pandemic through an emerging business owner’s eyes, and our hard work and determination have successfully carried us through uncertain times. We are a family-owned and operated business that prioritizes excellent customer service and quality work above all else.

Cars have always run in Francisco’s family. His father specialized in electrical and his uncle in mechanical work, so he is no stranger to vehicles and their unique needs. We’re proud to fulfill the community’s automotive repair and maintenance requests on a daily basis. A “no appointments necessary” policy is in place for the convenience of our customers, as we understand that emergencies often arise and need immediate attention from a professional. Our top of the line products, 5-bay garage, and excellent services translate to great customer experiences time and time again.
